At Buzz Music, we want you to love the products you choose. If at any time with 14 days from receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return your item(s) for a refund, exchange or credit. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at the discretion of Buzz Music, however a restocking fee may apply.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of some items for health reasons (headphones, clothing, reeds, consumable products etc.) or licensing reasons (software activation codes etc). Any items damaged for any reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for a refund/credit or exchange under this policy.
Terms and conditions:
To return your item(s) you must follow the following process:
- Ensure the item(s) are complete with all packaging, accessories and manuals
- Contact our staff on 07 4031 7078 to request an RA number
- Return the item to Buzz Music by either bringing it in to the store, or shipping with a trackable shipping method back to us. Buzz Music is not liable for the associated return shipping costs.
- Contact staff to provide tracking number
- Refunds/exchanges/credits will only happen once we receive the returned item(s) and have had the chance to assess the item(s)
It is the customer's responsibility to get the item(s) back to Buzz Music and any associated freight charges are not refundable.
Faulty items are covered by a manufactures warranty, and as such, are not eligible for the 14 Day Easy Returns policy.
This is a "Fair Use" policy, and as such, Buzz Music reserves the right to reject returns that we believe to be not in keeping with the spirit of this policy.
