Refunds and Returns:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

Returns must be made at Buzz Music's physical address.

Price Match Policy:

Buzz Music will usually choose to match a Competitor's advertised price for a product to a prospective customer of Buzz Music ("Customer") subject to each of the following conditions:

1. The Competitor must:

(a) be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and
(b) have a physical retail store located in Australia operated under the Competitor’s name.

2. The product offered by the Competitor must be:

(a) brought to Buzz Music's attention by the Customer at the time of price matching;
(b) identical to a product offered for sale by Buzz Music including the same brand/model/series/specification/features/colour/year of production and condition;
(c) in stock with the Competitor (not available for back order);
(d) in stock with Buzz Music at the relevant store (not available for back order); and
(e) available for immediate purchase from the Competitor;

3. The Competitor's price of the product must:

(a) be the price of the product as sold individually and not as part of a bundled sale;
(b) be GST inclusive;
(c) include any delivery and handling charge; and
(d) be verifiable by Buzz Music; and

4. Buzz Music does not price match on:

(a) Products which are offered by Buzz Music through its ebay store or as part of a bundled or bonus product offering at the time of price matching;
(b) Competitor's clearance lines, liquidation and external administration sales, limited stock offers or online time limited or special promotions; or
(c) Grey imports. "Grey imports" are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.

All price matching is at the discretion of Buzz Music.

Online Shop Stock

Our online store can represent a larger range than we can physically stock in store. As such, not all products shown on our site may be available in store at all times. Please contact us on 07 4031 7078 or info@buzzmusic.co to confirm urgent stock requests.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 to mainland Queensland. Free shipping does not include insurance or tracking references. Offer excludes large, bulky items. Other exclusions may apply.

These above excluded items may appear in your checkout without a postage charge. A Buzz Music representative will be in touch to arrange freight charges after the checkout process is completed.
